A nine-week interdisciplinary, blended learning course for professionals who currently work or plan on working in low- and middle-income countries in the field of maternal health and wish to acquire or expand skills in this area.
Maternal Health and Leadership offers in-depth and multi-disciplinary training on maternal health care from international trainers in Global Health and Leadership.
Topics covered in the course include: adapting global guidance into local settings, addressing opportunities and challenges of emerging themes in maternal health, and building leadership skills to manage maternal health programs within resource-limited settings.
We are currently applying for funding for our second cohort with an expected begin in summer 2022. Our course provides a blended learning setting with a total of 40 hours of content-based and peer learning online. The course will be in English.
