Post-Covid societies must build on interactive processes between government bodies and civil society in order to create more equal, healthy and sustainable societies. Understanding the intersection between health, the environment and gender is central to organizing and building better societies. Feminist approaches to leadership focus on transformative processes that reconsider the way patriarchal structures are maintained by a growth capitalist economy. To implement real change, we must consider new ways of political interaction.
Yarrow advises on on- and offline participatory processes between governments and civil society, urban planning and mobility projects, and supports stakeholder mapping in policy development on a regional and national level. Furthermore, we offer courses on remote leadership, digital transformation processes and digital competency, and the implementation of alternative working concepts. Our focus here is how we can integrate a gender-specific perspective into ways governments and civil bodies interact, thus contributing to more sustainable solutions.
