We participated as the lead technical expert in a Train the Trainers workshop at the Global Health Institute at the University of Heidelberg.  The workshop trained Trainers to lead a one-week Proposal Writing workshop for health system strengthening in Zambia.  We worked with the Trainers on adult learning methods and all necessary learning materials such as curriculum, individual and group exercises, and evaluation processes.
